Jonathan Goodwin
FOUNDING PARTNER
With over 25 years of extensive technical experience in the Middle East, Jonathan has established himself as a leader in the industry, successfully leading some of the globe's largest and most complex projects. Jonathan is a specialist in all aspects of Audio Visual and is proficient in a wide range of programming languages, including Q-Sys, Medialon, Crestron, AMX, Arduino, Brightsign, 7th Sense, Soundweb, Extron, LUA Script, HTML, CSS, and many others. His impressive portfolio includes high-profile projects such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai World Trade Centre.
Sanoj Kumar
Senior Technical Manager
Sanoj has been a key member of Jonathan’s team for over 12 years, specializing in programming and complex system installations. Skilled in Q-Sys, AMX, Crestron, Soundweb, Brightsign, Panasonic, and more, he has led major projects including the complete site-wide AV and security system installations at Dubai World Trade Center.
Paul Looby
General Manager
With 4 decades of experience in the AV industry, Paul brings a wealth of experience to ELV Systems. Specialising in Technical Design and Implementation of projects across the world for clients such as BBC World Service, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Coty Paris, One Hyde Park London Penthouses and Villas in St. Tropez, Antibes, Guadalmina and Ibiza.
Fayaz Dhansay
Sales manager
Fayaz brings over 20+ years of specific UAE sales experience to the ELV sales team working in main contractor, facility management and construction sectors. With experience on all scales of project Fayaz will work closely with Matthew in developing the specific strategy outlined by the CEO and Sales Director.
